The five-camera configuration could track speakers and adjust intelligently to participants’ movements, making the space suitable for everything from brainstorming sessions to large town halls. Integrated Shure MXA 920 ceiling microphones and NEC displays created a flexible yet robust environment for in-person and hybrid meetings.

- Small rooms included NEC displays, Lenovo docking stations, and Fohhn soundbars for focused discussions.
- Medium-sized Microsoft Teams Rooms offered dual NEC screens paired with Poly Studio X50 videoconferencing systems for seamless collaboration.
- Larger divisible spaces featured multi-microphone setups, NEC V754Q displays, and advanced Crestron control systems for adaptable use.

This project marked the first deployment of the Crestron 1Beyond system in Central Europe. Prominent features included intelligent camera tracking synchronized with audio input, ensuring flawless hybrid meeting experiences.
