A Night to Remember: GPA Shines at the Inavate APAC Awards 2025

The Inavate APAC Awards 2025, held on July 23 in Bangkok, was a night of celebration, recognition, and regional pride – and GPA was at the heart of it all. As the event sponsor, GPA not only lit up the ballroom in signature GPA green but also took home some of the evening’s most prestigious honours, reinforcing its leadership in the AV industry across Asia Pacific.

Awarded to the GPA Southeast Asia team for their work with CBRE for their new Singapore office, a transformative workplace upgrade that has drawn industry attention and acclaim.

Education Project of the Year

GPA Australia also took home this award for its work with the South Australian Sports Institute, showcasing innovation in AV for elite sports training.

Manufacturer of the year - Inavate APAC Awards 2025

As the official Event Sponsor, GPA’s Managing Director James Shanks had the honour of presenting the Manufacturer of the Year award to Netgear. This moment underscored GPA’s role not just as a participant, but as a key supporter of the AV community across APAC.

A Global Presence, A Regional Celebration

The energy in the room was electric as GPA teams from across the region gathered to celebrate. The ballroom at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit was awash in GPA green, a visual reminder of the organisation’s unity and global reach. Attendees mingled, toasted to success, and reflected on the collaborative spirit that defines GPA’s approach to AV excellence.

InfoComm Asia 2025: Innovation, Impact, and Global Presence

Held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, InfoComm Asia 2025 brought together over 7,900 qualified attendees from 53 countries, with GPA making a bold and unified statement across the show floor.

Key Highlights:

  • Global Reach: GPA was represented by attendees from over 10 countries. We had over 50 of our staff wandering the show floor and seeing the latest on offer from our key technology partners.
  • Thought Leadership: GPA leaders participated in panels on AI and its impact on the industry, the importance of CTS certification and collaboration technologies, reinforcing our role as industry thought leaders
  • Regional Engagement: the event was a catalyst new opportunities and deeper customer and partner relationships in APAC.
GPA’s large presence in Bangkok was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve together. Here’s to continuing the momentum through the rest of 2025 and beyond.
