Videlio’s team proposed collaborative spaces that combine simplicity and creativity. These spaces must be flexible for new uses that would allow Murex’s teams to come together and work together in an intuitive way.
A variety of digital signage such as LED Walls and monitors in various sizes were integrated into the new office. The addition of a room reservation platform was crucial in maximizing internal use and efficiency.
The meeting spaces themselves now equipped with videoconferencing equipment, screens, collaboration bars, document sharing option, microphone, and ceiling tiles drastically improved general employee satisfaction.
Since its beginning, Murex has taken a lead role within its sphere of expertise in proposing effective technology as a catalyst for growth and innovation. The same desire and precise decision-making went into their new locals and the AV technology had to be representative of this philosophy.
