our tribe is on a journey

Diversity. Inclusion. They’re more than just words to us. They are principles that guide how we build our teams, cultivate leaders, and create a company that’s the right fit for every individual inside of it. We have a global, multicultural following and reflect this in everything we do. We’re proud of our company’s diversity, which has been built by people all around the globe and formed our GPA tribe.

Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies must be more than just words and marketing tools. They must be built upon the foundations of organizational culture. They certainly don’t ignore financial performance but take a bigger picture and longer-term view of success. You will find that the GPA is far more than a commercial entity, it is a community built on the principles of trust, knowledge share, selflessness, and generosity! It is not an organization built upon the emotionally disconnected priorities of investment capital financiers, but on the modern sharing/collaborative economy, and the paradigm shift this creates in accountability within workforces, customers, and partners. These are the foundations upon which the GPA first and foremost measures its success, and we ask you to take a similar view in evaluating us and how we can support your “triple bottom line.”
Our organization has been built upon a recognition that Digital Collaboration Technologies are just a tool for enablement of human outcomes, and that humans are inherently analog. These analog variances occur on a localized scale but are accentuated on a global scale. Whether in engaging with the stakeholders who support and manage these technologies; or in understanding and enabling users; , local cultural, operational, and commercial knowledge is critical in ensuring buy-in and thereby engagement and adoption. From our culture and organizational structure, to our operational and financial models, we celebrate and embrace the importance of local knowledge and perspective. This provides our customers with the confidence they can adapt and align such strategies as needed based upon the local expertise and perspective of thousands of culturally aware yet globally aligned local resources committed to sustained ongoing local relationships and outcomes.
